A good start to the year

Matthews & Leigh has been appointed by Wainhomes to work on three new housing developments across Lancashire and Greater Manchester.

Wrea Green, near Kirkham is an exclusive site of 53 homes comprising of four and five bedroom luxury detached properties, set in one of the most sought after villages in Lancashire.

Matthews & Leigh has secured work on the third phase of 68 one, two, three and four bedroom houses on Wainhomes’ development in EllesmerePark, Walkden, Manchester.

Work has also commenced on a site of 11 homes, alongside a roads package, on a small development on Stone Cross Lane, in Golborne.
