Carlett Glade, Eastham, Wirral (COMPLETED)

This new development of three, four and five bedroom houses is on the site of the former Wirral Metropolitan College Carlett Park Campus.

The scheme consists of 900 m of sewers and associated manholes and 2500 sm of roadway and footpaths. The storm drainage has been designed to work on a soakaway system

Matthews & Leigh has also taken special care whilst working around an existing high pressure oil pipeline which feeds the main Eastham oil terminal on the banks of the Manchester ship canal.
