Extra Care, Woodpecker Close, Wirral (COMPLETED)

Matthews and Leigh are delighted to be awarded a £1.2 million contract for the Groundworks, Sewers and External works packages by GallifordTry Partnerships as part of their £11 million scheme to deliver a large new build extra care facility.

The scheme in Saughall Massie, Wirral will deliver 78 units, 60 one bed and 18 two bed apartments, as well as supporting communal areas.

Works commenced in May 2019 and are on target to achieve programmed completion in October 2020.
