New Hall Lane, Heaton, Bolton (COMPLETED)

Following the successful completion of the conversion of a former church in to student accommodation, Matthews and Leigh have again teamed up with Colbre Projects. This time the residential accommodation is at the other end of the scale and Matthews and Leigh will be constructing the substructures of six large, luxury detached properties.

The works also include the installation of 200mᶾ of crate attenuation and associated drainage together with a long woodland access road. The works are being undertaken on the site of a former children’s home in Lostock.
