Environment
With the environment placed highly on the construction agenda, Matthews & Leigh is committed to operating its business in a wholly responsible way, wherever possible.
It has taken steps to address this and identified key objectives within the development of its business. It also continues to look at ‘green’ issues and how it can improve its overall environmental performance.
Initiatives include: staff training and awareness around recycling and waste minimisation; minimising waste to landfill through reduce, reuse, recycle; working with a dedicated supply chain with robust waste management procedures and local sourcing of materials and labour.
